Strategic Plan Overview
The Poinciana Rehabilitation Centre (PRC) Strategic Plan provides a clear framework to guide all operational activities. The Plan is aligned with the Cayman Islands Government (CIG) Civil Service Strategic Plan, ensuring that PRC’s work contributes directly to national priorities and desired public-sector outcomes.

Rehabilitation and Psychosocial Support

Mental Health Education, Promotion, and Training
