Freedom of Information (FOI) Request

Response Time

In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, PRC will acknowledge receipt of your request and aim to provide a response within 30 calendar days. In certain circumstances, the response period may be extended where permitted by law, and you will be notified if this occurs.

Fees

There is no application fee for submitting an FOI request. However, fees may apply for copying, printing, or converting records into another format. Details of applicable fees are set out in the FOI Regulations available on the FOI Unit website.
