Freedom of Information (FOI) Request

We encourage you to first explore this website to see if the information you are seeking has already been published. You may also wish to review our Disclosure Log, where commonly requested information may already be available.

If the information you require is not available online, you may submit a request under the Freedom of Information Act.

Requests must be in writing (letter or email) and should clearly describe the information you are seeking. To help us process your request promptly, please include:

  • A postal or email address for correspondence
  • A clear description of the information requested
  • A contact telephone number (optional but helpful if clarification is needed)

Response Time

In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, PRC will acknowledge receipt of your request and aim to provide a response within 30 calendar days. In certain circumstances, the response period may be extended where permitted by law, and you will be notified if this occurs.
