Remote Access to Care
Where appropriate, Poinciana Rehabilitation Centre provides telehealth services to enhance access to care and support continuity of treatment.
Telehealth may be utilised when clinically suitable and in situations where remote engagement improves accessibility, coordination, or follow-up care.
Services May Include:
- Virtual psychiatric reviews
- Individual therapy sessions
- Family therapy sessions
- Medication management consultations
- Psychoeducation and caregiver sessions
Telehealth is used as a complement to in-person services and is carefully integrated into each resident’s treatment plan when appropriate.
