Quality Improvement & Data Use

PRC uses outcome data to strengthen service delivery and ensure that care remains responsive to the needs of residents.

Information gathered through clinical assessments, programme participation, and service reviews helps the Centre to:

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment and rehabilitation programs
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery
  • Support evidence-informed clinical practices
  • Strengthen care planning and multidisciplinary collaboration
  • Inform programme development and strategic planning

Outcome data is reviewed periodically by clinical and management teams to support continuous improvement while maintaining strict standards of privacy and confidentiality.

Through this process, PRC promotes a culture of learning, accountability, and quality care.
